Description:

Hydol HL R&O is rust and oxidation-inhibited circulating oil designed for use in a variety of industrial applications. The excellent thermal and oxidative stability helps to reduce the formation of sludge and other harmful oxidation products. It  has good air release characteristics to minimize cavitation and associated damage to circulating pumps.

Application:
Suitable for tools and other pneumatic equipment lubricated through air line lubricators, centrifugal air compressorsk, steam turbines and hydroelectric turbines, both direct-drive and with gear drives. Also suitable for lightly loaded enclosed industrial gear  drives where the OEM specifies a R&O type oil, lightly loaded plain and rolling-element bearings, such as those in electric  motors and blowers, vacuum pumps, deep-well water pumps and machine tools. General-purpose machinery and shop  lubrication.
